Why We Built RNR
We believe everyone deserves to feel as recovered as the athletes who taught us how.
Cryotherapy used to live in clinics and locker rooms. Hyperbaric oxygen used to be the secret of Premier League squads and Hollywood actors. Red light therapy was a rumour passed between physios. MMS was something you saw at the Olympics.
Then a small group of engineers and clinicians in Finland, working under the name CTN, decided to make the same systems used by Olympic medical teams reliable, beautiful and small enough to live somewhere you'd want to walk into on a Tuesday morning.
RNR is what happens when that technology meets a hospitality team. Every studio is a CTN platform inside a space designed for you to actually want to use it. Every membership is a way to make recovery a habit, not a treat.
