    Which Membership Should I Choose?

    Basic — £10/month

    Choose this if you're just getting started, want app access, and prefer to buy credits when you need them.

    Restore — £150/month

    A strong entry point for regular recovery. Ideal if you want to visit weekly and build a consistent routine. With 15 credits, you have enough for a steady mix of standard treatments and occasional oxygen chamber sessions.

    Recharge — £199/month

    The best all-round membership for most people. With 30 credits, you can use RNR regularly each week, combine different treatments, and build recovery into your normal routine without overcommitting.

    Reset — £299/month

    The strongest value membership. With 55 credits, this is built for people who are serious about recovery, performance, energy, and feeling better more often. If you train hard, work hard, travel often, or want recovery built into your lifestyle several times per week, this is the one.

    How RNR Credits Work

    Most RNR treatments cost 1 credit per treatment. The only exception is the Oxygen Chamber, which costs 3 credits per session.

    Every new member must start with a 30-minute Discovery Session, which costs 1 credit. This helps us understand your goals, explain the treatments, and recommend the best recovery approach for you.

    How Your Credits Could Be Used

    Standard recovery treatments — including Red Light Therapy, Local Cryotherapy, and Muscle Stimulation — each cost 1 credit. Your Discovery Session also costs 1 credit. The Oxygen Chamber is the only exception at 3 credits per session.

    With 15 credits, you can book a simple weekly recovery routine. With 30 credits, you can create a more complete weekly plan. With 55 credits, you can build a high-frequency recovery lifestyle around your training, work, travel, and wellbeing goals.

    Your First Visit

    Join through the RNR app. Choose Basic or a monthly credit membership. Book your 30-minute Discovery Session for 1 credit. Get your recommended treatment plan. Then use your credits to book treatments directly in the app.

    The Simple Rule

    If you're trying RNR for the first time, start with Basic or Restore. If you want recovery to become part of your weekly lifestyle, choose Recharge. If you want the best value and the most complete RNR experience, choose Reset.

    Recovery works best when it's consistent. Random sessions help. A routine changes the game.
