    Suitability

Compression therapy is an excellent, low-barrier recovery tool. It is not suitable if you have Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), severe atherosclerosis, or acute pulmonary edema. We run a brief health screen before your first session to ensure it is right for you.

What to expect on your first session

    01

Arrive 10 minutes early. A coach welcomes you and walks through the basics.

    02

Get comfortable in the lounge. You'll wear the compression sleeves over your clothing.

    03

Brief health screen. Your coach confirms the session is right for you today.

    04

Thirty minutes in the compression sleeves. Sit back and let the sequential pressure do the work.

    05

Reset and re-energise. Take a moment in the lounge before you head out.

    How it works

e°COMPRESSION uses advanced sequential pneumatic compression to systematically push fluid from your extremities back toward your core. This mimics the natural muscle pump of the body, but at a highly concentrated and efficient rate.

    What it does

After intense physical activity, metabolic waste products like lactic acid accumulate in the tissues, causing soreness and fatigue. The targeted pressure waves actively flush these byproducts out of the muscles, drastically reducing recovery time. By moving stagnant fluid and promoting venous return, fresh, oxygen-rich blood is pulled into the treated areas. The treatment provides immediate relief from the heavy, aching feeling in tired legs.
