OxyPro™
Hyperbaric oxygen
Breathe concentrated oxygen inside a pressurised chamber. At elevated pressure, oxygen reaches tissue your circulation can't normally access — supporting healing, reducing fatigue, sharpening clarity. Delivered through the OxyPro™.
Suitability
Hyperbaric oxygen is a relaxing, supportive therapy. It is not suitable if you have an untreated pneumothorax, certain ear/sinus conditions, or are undergoing specific chemotherapy regimens. We run a brief health screen before your first session to ensure it is right for you.
What to expect on your first session
Arrive 10 minutes early. A coach welcomes you and walks through the basics.
Change in the lounge. Wear comfortable clothing for your time in the chamber.
Brief health screen. Your coach confirms the session is right for you today.
Up to 75 minutes inside the chamber. You can read, rest, or sleep while the pressure gently changes.
Reset and re-energise. Take a moment in the lounge before you head out.
How it works
Inside the chamber, atmospheric pressure rises gently to 1.5 ATA — about the same as five metres underwater — while you breathe concentrated oxygen. Comfortable. Quiet. You can read, rest, or sleep through it. Normally, oxygen rides in your bloodstream on red blood cells. Under pressure, it dissolves directly into your plasma and other fluids — reaching tissue your circulation can't normally access.
What it does
More oxygen in more places supports cellular repair, promotes new blood vessel growth, and supports collagen production. After training, after illness, or after intense periods, recovery happens faster. Your brain consumes around 20% of your body's oxygen. Hyperbaric sessions support mental clarity, sharper focus, and energy — often noticed after a single visit. They also support immune function and baseline vitality.
