X°CRYO™
Localised cryotherapy
Targeted cold applied directly to a joint, muscle, or area of tension. More precise than whole body cryo for post-training soreness or specific discomfort. Delivered through the X°CRYO™.
Suitability
Localised cryotherapy is highly targeted and generally suitable for most people. It is not recommended over open wounds, areas with impaired sensation, or active skin conditions. We run a brief health screen before your first session to ensure it is right for you.
What to expect on your first session
Arrive 10 minutes early. A coach welcomes you and walks through the basics.
Get comfortable in the lounge. We'll guide you to the treatment area.
Brief health screen. Your coach confirms the session is right for you today.
One to three minutes per area. The coach applies targeted cold directly to the specific joint or muscle.
Reset and re-energise. Take a moment in the lounge before you head out.
How it works
Cold delivered directly to a specific area at −30°C. Blood vessels in the target area tighten, reducing inflammation and easing discomfort. Sessions last one to three minutes per area. Different applicators for different areas — cups for larger muscles, nozzles for small joints, sleeves for elbows and knees, and a cryo massage ball for deep tissue work. Each session is shaped around the area being treated.
What it does
Supports muscle recovery after training. Helps clear lactic acid, eases sprains and tendon strain, and improves joint mobility. Useful for post-training soreness and specific areas of tension. The X°CRYO™ also supports collagen production and skin elasticity. The cryo-facial application tightens pores and refreshes the complexion.
