Suitability
Red light therapy is safe, non-invasive, and suitable for most skin types. It is not recommended if you are taking photosensitising medication or have active skin cancers. We run a brief health screen before your first session to ensure it is right for you.
What to expect on your first session
Arrive 10 minutes early. A coach welcomes you and walks through the basics.
Change in the lounge. We'll provide protective eyewear for the session.

Twelve minutes under the light. You can relax, meditate, or rest.
Reset and re-energise. Take a moment in the lounge before you head out.
How it works
Red light therapy is one of the most researched forms of light-based treatment. The LedPro™ delivers it through thousands of LEDs — painless, no downtime, just light. Two wavelengths reach two depths. Red light (633–660 nm) works at skin level — collagen, elasticity, texture. Near-infrared (850–940 nm) reaches up to 20 millimetres deeper, into muscle and connective tissue, where it supports repair and circulation.
What it does
Near-infrared light penetrates into muscle and connective tissue. It supports the clearance of metabolic waste, reduces post-training soreness, and supports joint comfort and mobility. The same light that reaches muscle also reaches your skin. It supports collagen production, improves elasticity, and reduces the appearance of fine lines over consistent use.
